Follow up like booking is simple - if you give your email you will not have any excuse not to do your exercises - Dog wont eat your homework!

Fantastic experience: On the advice of my gp, following MRI scan results, I contacted Donegal Physiotherapy & Performance in Letterkenny, as I was having a problem with my knee. I got an appointment within days with a physiotherapist. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Sean ( physiotherapist) came out and introduced himself and we went in to the treatment room where my MRI results were explained, and discussed what the problem was and the best plan for a good outcome. Sean examined my knee and discussed what he intended to do. We went into the gym, where I was given a few weight- bearing exercises to do and following another discussion I came away armed with information, advice and exercises which were appropriate for my knee problem. I would highly recommend this practice, and would give it 10/10 Christina Shiels

Fantastic experience: Visited here for the first time today. The online booking system is effortless and great to be able to see times and pick what suits. On entry the place is clean and welcoming as was the receptionist whose name I never got. I wasn't waiting long when I was called for my apt. Shane was so helpful and attentive. Made me feel at ease and not rushed. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. He took his time assessing the problem and will liaise with my own GP which I feel like it's a extra service in case he thinks I require any more medical testing. Impressed with it all and look forward to getting start on my rehab program

Fantastic experience: This was my first session at Donegal Physiotherapy and performance centre. The facility was very impressive and so was the welcome I received when I arrived at reception. Shane was my physio for the session, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional he gave my knee a thorough examination and gave advice and some exercises to help me build the knee back up. The exercises where also available to me in an app which is great for the gym. So my overall experience at Donegal Physiotherapy and performance centre was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent physiotherapy session earlier today - the physio really knew their stuff. I also do reformer Pilates here and it is excellent. There are many of these classes to avail of too so no reason to miss a week. And it’s really good that only 8 people can have the class at any one time so the trainer can ensure everyone is doing everything correctly. I totally recommend this business.

She took the time at the beginning of the consultation to listen to the history of my injury, then walked me through a thorough assessment before assigning a suitable exercise program. Everything was explained in enough detail for me to walk away clear on what each exercise consisted of. The email with my program also arrived nearly instantly after my appointment. The centre also has a great set up and the 8.00 am appointment slot is handy for getting to work afterwards. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with Donegal physiotherapy last week. Emer was my physio and I found her extremely helpful. She assessed my injury and then gave me rehab exercises that I have to complete daily for 2 weeks until I go back for an assessment. I did the physio app that I have to use very helpful as there is demo video for each of my exercises so you can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: I woke up in the night in tears because of my sudden neck pain. Thankfully Shane had a cancellation that morning. Within in the sort 20mins I was there I was able to get full range of motion of my meck back. The after care with the app too is something I've never had before. Worth every penny. Fantastic experience: Great system set up. Wait in car until you are called. Area very clean. Prior written assessment completed which saved time explaining again. Injury thoroughly assessed and exercise demonstrations given. Exercises also in the app which you are given a link to download which also shows you again how to do with the option to set up reminders. Great facility.

Fantastic experience: Very professional efficient service. All staff were very polite, from the first phone call all the way through to attending the clinic. Covid precautions all in place and felt very safe. Emer was great and made me feel like I have a plan and know how to get back on track. This clinic has a great app which I am finding very useful to help with the exercises and reminds me to do them. Would definitely recommend this physio clinic.

Fantastic experience: Had problems with my back and after an MRI scan booked a session with Donegal Physiotherapy and Performance Centre Letterkenny on Saturday 16th January 2021. The beforehand I was called by Emer the physiotherapist who told me that she was doing the session the next day. I briefly outlined the symptoms and the discomfort I experienced. On my arrival at the centre Emer ,having first gone through the Covid protocol began the session. Emer seemed to fully understand my problem a d it was obvious she fully understood her brief knowing exactly where the pain and discomfort was. She was very patient and professional putting me through exercises and soft tissue therapy. She prescribed a set of exercises which she went through with patiently. By the end off the session I felt better. I carried out the programme for the week and returned for a second session today 23rd January 2021 feeling much better .The session like the first time I was shown the same professionalism and left Feeling much better. I have another appointment in a weeks time butt even at this early stage feel grateful for the relief and help I have a ready received and would strongly recommend this centre to anyone in need of physiotherapy

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this physio. I was having troublesome back issues for over 2 years. After a could of sessions here with additional rehab and prehab exercises, I've not had any back issues since. Very professional service.

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn was recommended to me from pilates instructor Michelle Given after experiencing pain and spasms in my back on the left side. Ellevyn took a comprehensive history from me including previous injuries and sporting background. She accurately assessed the injury to be a weak QL after observing movements and some exercises. She relieved the tightness through dry needling and demonstrated strengthening exercises with me to ensure I knew how to treat the issue myself. She also emailed me a copy of the exercises so there was no reason to forget or not do them! Happily, after 3 sessions over a 7 week period, I am back to excellent condition with a good knowledge on how to maintain my strength. I could not recommend Ellevyn highly enough, or the facility itself which is well equipped and has a highly approachable and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn was recommended to me by one of the best strength and conditioning coaches around which speaks volumes for her work. On my first appointment with a sore back Ellevyn diagnosed my problem immediately and was able to guide me in the direction of rehabilitation. her rehab programme has been immensely beneficial for me. Her attention to detail was brilliant and she is genuine in trying to get her clients back to full fitness. Very happy with results

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Phsyiotherapist Ellevyn Irwin to anyone, her level of knowledge and expertise in theory and practice is outstanding. Going into my first visit I was feeling slightly aprenhensive as I had been to numerous physiotherapists and chiropractors in attempt to solve my injury and return to exercise, yet I had no success over a period of 4/5 months. However, this all changed after Ellevyn thoroughly examined me and assured it was not a major injury and that I will make a full recovery with the treatment of dry needling and self myofascial release techniques. Having believed I had a nerve related injury for months, to say I was relieved was an understatement. I left leaving positive and optimistic with hope of returning to exercise for the first time in months. Ellevyn provided me with a low back rehab exercise programme to do at home, which she added to each week as I progressed. I found the exercises to be very helpful. Ellevyn did not insist on seeing me numerous times, which is a bonus as a student. I visited her once a week for two weeks then once every two weeks. After a few weeks Ellevyn advised me to do numerous exercises, which I was so glad to hear. Gradually the number of exercises increased and I finally felt fully recovered and ready to go back exercise. I am now able to sit painfree, and most importantly, exercise painfree - all thanks to Ellevyn. I will definatley be advising all my friends and family to her.
