Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Tim and his Total Health Practice team for their professionalism and expertise I experienced in his treatment of my serious spinal injury due to a rear-ending car accident in October 2020. Following this accident I had multiple medical procedures with orthopaedic spine surgeons, physiotherapists, Pain Management specialists, Rheumatologists, steroid injections over four years, pain medication which made me severely ill and suffering allergies. Due to being immobile I had gained 40 lbs in weight and was diagnosed with diabetes and prescribed medication which made me severely ill. My spinal condition worsened from the procedures. I was at my wits end, bed-ridden and in a hopeless situation. Dr Tim was recommended to me by a family friend and I was sceptical at first as I had been through the mill. From the beginning when Dr Tim reviewed my Spinal X-Rays and MRI scans he was able to appraise the situation and offer hope. His incredible expertise in non-surgical spinal decompression and recommendations for diet to treat my diabetes and injury healing using functional medicine was invaluable and enabled me to reverse the diabetes, lose the excess weight and recuperate from my injury rebuilding my life. It took many treatments and maintenance treatment is still necessary but I am walking, driving and living a more mobile and pain free life. Fantastic experience: Because of the complexities of my health, it hasn't always been possible for me to see Dr. Tim on a continuous basis, as in doing so would enable me to maintain a better quality of health. In April 2024, I returned to him following a fall resulting in lower back injury. This, added to previous injury, resulted in severe back pain. Not having seen him for some time, I was a profoundly embarrassed returning to him after so long but these were wasted feelings. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with my back for a long time & in 2021 had surgery as I had 2 bulging discs. Surgery was successful. My consultant made me aware I had another bulging disc on the opposite side which may bother me in time or may not. Unfortunately, 3 years later it has started to give me great pain & discomfort & sleepless nights. Dreading the thought of surgery again, I decided to try spinal decompression which I never heard of or knew anything about previously.... I made an appointment with Dr. Tim & I haven't looked back since. Dr. Tim made out a treatment plan for me where progress was slow at first but after a few weeks I started to feel great relief....I was finding it difficult to climb the stairs, stand up, & nighttime was a nightmare.... I went from taking painkillers every day & night to taking none! I would highly recommend spinal decompression therapy to anyone suffering from disc pain or sciatica & would definitely recommend Dr. Tim! Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for about eight months now and have had a great experience with Dr. Tim and his team. I struggled for years with chronic back and pain and would regularly have days of severe pain in a row without any relief. I eventually got an MRI scan that showed paracentral disc protrusion at L4-5. The back specialist had advised not to have surgery as my age was too young. However, the specialist offered no alternate treatment and basically advised me not to exercise and quit doing anything that would cause any pain to my lower back. Its not what I wanted to hear as a 37 year old with an active lifestyle. During a discussion with a family member they suggested I try Total Health Chiropractor in Douglas. I was skeptical if a chiropractor would really be able to help in this area as I had been a patient of another chiropractor in the past. However, from the moment I met Dr. Tim I was highly impressed with his practical and realistic advise on how I could get back to active exercise. Tim has a great way of explaining how a treatment plan works and it really put me at ease. He assured me if I was not seeing results that he would have many other options we could try use and if I did not feel it was working they would refund the upfront money. Its important to say that Dr. Tim was very honest in his assessment regarding the work that I was required to do myself in addition to the adjustments by Dr.Tim and the spinal decompression treatment that they have at Total Health. I am happy to report that I have gone from chronic back pain to NO pain at all in eight months. I am also exercising regularly and back running 5km. I have gone from two treatments over a 16 week period to one treatment a week for the next 16 weeks. The next phase is one treatment every two weeks which I am on track for. It should be noted for those conscious of cost that Total Health are registered with the main Health Insurers where depending on your insurance plan you can claim back up to 70% of treatment costs. In summary, if you are struggling with any form of back or neck pain, I highly recommend visiting the team at Total Health Chiropractic Wellness Clinic. Dr. Tim's dedication to his work and passion for it really shines through when you speak to him. For anybody seeking a chiropractor I couldn't recommend Dr. Tim highly enough. Fantastic experience: I nearly crawled into the clinic with a very bad disc injury, barely making it up the stairs. Every doctor and health professional I spoke with told me that surgery was the only option. I was on a high amount of numerous medications at the time. I came to the clinic after hearing about spinal decompression, wanting to try anything else before turning to surgery. Progress was slow at first but I stuck with the treatment plan and eventually started seeing great results: I could stand and walk upright again; the pain went from a high 9 out of 10 to a much more manageable and less debilitating level; even something as simple as being able to stand in a queue and chat to someone, which I couldn't do without hunching over before, I could now do again. Surgery is now completely off the table for me since my recovery. Surgery should be a last resort for everyone, only after all else has failed. Dr Tim and his assistant Seán run an excellent clinic. Dr Tim really knows his stuff and is fully committed to his patients, and Seán is very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this clinic and decompression therapy for anyone with a disc injury.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dr Tim for over a year now, I initially attended the clinic due to back pain and bad posture, that were work related. Dr Tim is like a breath of fresh air, he has an amazing attitude with his premtive medical care and thinking. If we had more dedicated medical professionals like Dr Tim, our health care system would be much better off. Maybe the pharmaceutical company's profit margins might disagree, lol. Fantastic experience: Attending the clinic has helped me greatly. Headaches have reduced in the last year and I generally feel better than when I started. I always feel better after a session and feel bad when I've missed it for a couple of weeks, which demonstrates how much it helps. Fantastic experience: I have agonised about writing this review for several weeks, fearful that my grasp of the English language was not sufficient to describe my gratitude to Total Health Chiropractic for their intervention in my health and wellbeing over the past 12 months. I have struggled with Menière's Disease for years. Dr. Tim's careful and skilled treatment has restored my basic reflexes, corrected decades-old damage to my neck and, in the process, improved my Menière's symptoms to a place where my tinnitus has largely disappeared and my hearing in the affected ear is radically better. Fantastic experience: In one word Brilliant!!!! Dr. Tim is an amazing doctor and his knowledge is immense and in-depth. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Total Health Chiropractic for almost two years now. I initially presented at the clinic with debilitating head, neck and face pain which I had experienced continuously for 14 months previous. I had been prescribed nerve pain medication which was doing little for the problem. I had also attended physiotherapy and osteopathy sessions to no avail. I discovered Total Health from a google search. Hands up, I was a complete sceptic! I didn't think chiropractic care would work for me, but I was willing to try anything as all else had failed. Within the first three months of attending Dr Tim I saw a dramatic reduction in my symptoms and today I am completely pain free! I work at a desk for most of the day and I had become accustomed to having very reduced mobility in my neck and shoulders, an issue which I have not experience since attending Total Health Chiropractic. While I am now completely pain free, I intend to keep up my regular visits to maintain my current good health. I would normally be reluctant to write a public review for any business however in this instance I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’m a professional driver and also worked in construction. Throughout my life I have done a lot of physical work and for 22 years I actively trained for competitive judo. In January 2021 I had a neck crisis, the pain was unbearable. I went to my GP who gave me medication to treat nerve pain, I also had an MRI done, I also commenced physiotherapy sessions but I felt I was not improving after several weeks. It was at this point when I schedule an appointment with Dr Tim. I read his reviews and they were amazing, and he was also based in Douglas, near me. Well, the care I have been given under his supervision cannot be named anything else but superb. From day 1 his attention to detail finding out my history to resolve issues with my neck, my elbows, my sciatic, my knee and the continuous pain in my feet was incredible. Yes, you could say I was a lost case, and my arthrosis was not getting better as I left sunny Spain for rainy Ireland. I had no reflexes in 8 different places in my body. Dr Jaeger talked to me about the journey I was starting, and so my hope to feel better and to live up to this second part of my life started. He focused and concentrated in my upper body first including my neck which was aching due to some spinal discs compressed, he also focused on my sciatic pain. I have got orthotics too as I suffer from narrow feet and my footsteps were uneven and not fully supporting my entire body. Well, a life changing experience, from his cracking, his gentle touches where it hurts to his orthotics. Every time I go to Dr Tim, I come out re-energized, feeling great and have a sense of fulfillment as my journey in life continues nearly free of pain. Apart from being an excellent chiropractor, his mannerism, welcoming attitude and positivism is contagious, and it contributes to a greater patient’ recovery. I know I’m not there yet and need of Dr. Tim’s care however I’m a new man. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dr Tim's practice for a few years now it's always a joy to come for an adjustment the atmosphere in the clinic is always so welcoming and Dr Tim's profenelsim and positive attitude will make you feel at ease right from the start. I have had chronic neck and back pain for over 30 years and now just live with a very very small amount of pain, but the unexpected bonus of living without chronic migraine 3 to 4 a week is amazing. At one of my recent adjustments I went in with one and for the first time in my life when I got back into my car it was gone without having to take any medication.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim is excellent in explaining the reasons behind pain related to spine and how it affects the nervous system. I went to Dr.Tim with severely degenerated disc that had resulted from an old injury. The wellness program helped me get back on doing routine activities better. And after a few months, now I have much better spine flexibility and I don't have to think much when I walk, run or play. Earlier, even a small wrong step on walkway used to give me spikes of pain in the lower back. ......Updating review comment after 18 months.. thank you Dr. Tim, all's going great. My back haven't felt better in last 6-7 years.. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic under the treatment of Dr Tim for the past year. I originally went to Dr Tim with severe back pain where I was constantly in pain every day for months. I cannot recommend enough this practice and Dr Tim. Their customer service is amazing, all the staff are very friendly and the treatment and care given has really improved the quality of my life and my day to day living. Everything is explained firstly and all treatment options are outlined. For the first time in 4 years I am free of pain on a daily basis! Fantastic experience: May just gone, I suffered a back injury that had me completely bedridden in the UK. Upon coming home 2 months later and still in debilitating pain I was referred for an MRI that revealed an extruded disc in the lower lumbar region, severe nerve damage and suggested surgery. To say I was devastated and terrified is an understatement. I booked a consultation with Tim who came highly recommended by my mum, a patient of the clinic for many years. After our first consultation I felt confident and assured that under Tim's care I would see results. We proceeded with an intensive weekly appointment schedule and 3 months later my quality of life has drastically improved. I honestly can't believe it. Fantastic experience: Attending Dr Tim was the best decision I ever made. Following an acute period of very severe pain due to a double disk injury and nerve impingement some weeks prior, which left me with very restricted movement in my arm, severe pain and unable to work. After a few weeks of treatment I now drive without pain, no need for pain medication at all and my arm is 80 % improved. I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a bonus the practice is a very professional set up with lovely welcoming staff its a pleasure to visit there.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Total Health Chiropractic Wellness Clinic for over 2 years. I began treatment with Dr. Tim for a chronic neck and shoulder condition. My experience at the clinic has been life changing. My issues were very complex. Before attending the clinic it was visually obvious my neck and shoulders were not aligned and this was proving very painful. From the very beginning Dr. Tim explained in detail his treatment plan for my recovery. During my treatment sessions Dr. Tim always explained in detail what was happening with the chiropractic adjustments. I found this very reassuring. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Tim regularly (myself and 2 little ones) for about 5 years. Managed to also convince my hubby to also attend and find relief for his issues. Dr Tim is always professional and great at getting my pain and movement and just keep my back literally on the straight and narrow... I found him especially helpful throughout my 2 pregnancies and also having a gentle, patient manner with my children who he just checks very gently on a monthly basis. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are suffering from any issues in your back, neck, hips etc - you don't need to suffer!

Fantastic experience: My name is Roger Skillington. I have being attending Total Health Chiropractic Clinic since 2008. Some time ago I stopped attending the clinic, but this year after a fall when I hurt my back and neck, I had to return to Dr. Tim because of the pain. I must say that after a couple of months of adjustments I now have about 80% reduction in pain and find that I can stand up more straightly. Sitting, standing and walking are now almost entirely pain free. My back which was always very round shouldered is now straightening up very well. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from any backpain.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tim and his fantastic staff have really changed my life when I had my first visit I was in severe pain. I couldn’t walk or sit down without being in agony I was hunched over and completely lopsided. I was taking loads of painkillers and anti inflammatorys and was told in cuh surgery was my only option. I’m in my mid 30s and I didn’t want to go the surgery road for obvious reasons. Dr Tim put me on a treatment plan and after a few visits I could really feel the improvements. The pain was going away I wasn’t taking painkillers. I could stand up straight no longer lopsided I could sit and drive without being in agony. Fantastic experience: My highest recommendation for Dr. Tim Jaeger. I am in my seventies with degeneration of the lower spine and neck and have suffered at different times for years with back pain, neck pain and knee problems. Fantastic experience: About 13 years ago I had been in absolute agony with back pain, I had tried everything but to know avail, then someone told me about the Wellness clinic. I remember my first visit where I practically crawled up those stairs and I've never looked back since. Fantastic experience: Since I saw Dr Tim over one year ago I have had some some amazing changes with my body. I went as I used to have a lot of headaches aches and pains and sciatica pain down my leg which was wearing me down and low on energy. Fantastic experience: all I can say is a big thank you to doctor tim and the team ive been i pain with a damage neck for 6months around chrismas i couldn't take the pain anymore after talking to a friend he said try out doctor tim so with the clinic closed for chrismas i left a email for them to book an appointment which was done for me after my conciliation doctor tim sent me for an x-ray the next day which came back with damage to my C6 AND Ç7 we put a plan in place to work on it but after 2 weeks i was sent for a MIR which came back even better image of the damage i end up with more damage than we where thinking I had damage to 3 disc aswell as the other damege and which lead to pain down my right side of my arm elbow and fingers and I was set up for a 12 week program of spinal decompression and realignment in now 6 weeks in and the pain had gone from 11 out of 10 to a 4 out 10 i can't say thank you to the team for all the help ive been getting and would highly recommend any one with an issue to to see Tim many thanks graham waters

Fantastic experience: My name is Tom and my experience at Total Healthcare has been life changing. I had dehabilating issues with my back for many years. I had tried many different types of therapy but none were satisfactory. The conclusion was always " wear and tear and degeneration". After doing some further research myself I made an appointment to meet Dr Tim Jaeger. From my initial consult I knew I was in the right place. His approach was so positive. The checks he carried out were very comprehensive. From the scans which he recommended I have done he was able to point out and explain what was causing my pain. Fantastic experience: My wife Ger broke her back almost three years ago due to a fall. After six weeks in hospital followed by nine months with a back brace, she lived every day in severe pain, never ending. As time went by it subsided a little but then came back with a vengeance with no reason about a year later. Throughout all this time and despite many visits doctors and to two well known specialists she got no relief and described the pain as 10 out of 10. 10 being unbearable It was then we heard about Dr Tim. After an X-ray, a careful assessment he began with three adjustments centered on her lower spine. After the first visit on the way home, she said she felt considerable relief. After another three sessions the following week she described the pain level as down to 6 out of ten. Then after two or three more visits, it went to 4, to 2 to 0. It was an unbelievable recovery. Now two years and with about four 'top-up' visits a year, she is 100% pain-free and fit and well, out and about as normal. Dr Tim worked a wonder. He has an exceptional knowledge of the body and how it works, the wellness and in this case the mechanics. Fantastic experience: Until I went to see Dr Jaeger, I actually had no idea that I had a curve in my spine, although I had suffered for most of my life with back pain I had never been xrayed. The first thing Dr Jaeger and his people do is send you for an xray, after that he determines what the course of treatment will be. After several months of treatment and adjustments my total health has improved, I have very little back pain now, I walk easier, as a matter of fact I feel taller! I would highly recommend Dr Jaeger and his clinic, sometimes people rely on pain killers and just suffer as I had done, do yourself a favour, and book a consultation. Fantastic experience: My story starts in october 2014,I had high blood pressure, my pulse was 123 beats per minute ,my hands were shaking ,my right hand was badly swollen ,and i had very bad migraine. So ,i went to GP and doctor recommended me to take a course of tablets, because she thought i had some problem with my nervous system((depression).I Finished the course of tablets but the symptoms were the same even the strongest tablets didn't work for me. I couldn’t function properly at all from the pain.
