Fantastic experience: I’ve been working at this gym for awhile now and I can tell you it’s an excellent place. Both as an employee and for the members. The setup is top-notch with all the equipment anyone could need: racks, machines, free weights, cardio stuff, the works. I love that we’ve got a separate spin room and studio room, it keeps the energy right for each space, whether it’s a class or someone grinding out miles on a bike. Honestly, it’s a great place to work too. The team’s solid, the vibe is upbeat, and it’s rewarding to see people hitting their goals here.

Positive experience: Great gym. Lots of machines, classes are fantastic. Seperate rooms for spinning and excercise classes. One critism is the lack of floor space for mat excercises when the excercise classes room is in use - which is pretty much all the time after work hours.

Fantastic experience: A great gym professional personal trainers who go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and tailor a plan to suit your needs . The staff from the front of house to the gym instructors all make you feel welcome almost like part of a family.the gym floor is always clean and organised and everyone greets you with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Changing my review. I still feel the timetable could be displayed for new members a little better, maybe even a welcome sheet of paper with info ? Or by email? Honestly though apart from that I still stand by my statement the staff are always friendly helpful and lovely and also patient as they stayed later to give me a chance to get dressed. Thank you for that. I really do wish I’d known. The building itself is spotless and even the other members are really lovely to new comers.

Fantastic experience: Opens early and closes late, good environment, good prices, and plenty of different machines. Its more busy in the evenings after work, but still manageable and machines/weights to everyone
