Fantastic experience: My friend recommended Liz and her team to me recently for my 10-year-old son who suffers with anxiety. Most of the time his anxiety is manageable and at bay, but when it takes hold it can be very severe, affecting his sleep, school, sports, and even leading to retching and vomiting. We have visited our doctor in the past but after hearing about Liz and her team I decided to give something different a try. From the moment we arrived, Liz created a calm and welcoming space. She took time to speak with my son directly, asking him lots of questions so she could get an understanding of how he was feeling. Liz explained lots to him about anxiety and explained what acupuncture was in a way he could understand and in turn he felt comfortable enough to give it a try. Throughout the session, Liz gently explained each step as she performed the acupuncture, which really reassured him. She also included reflexology which he really enjoyed, the entire appointment was incredibly relaxing. By the end, the tense, anxious child who had walked into the clinic came out calm, relaxed, and noticeably lighter. That very evening, we saw a real shift in his mood and overall demeanor, it was as though a weight had been lifted from him. He slept wonderfully and in his own words "felt really good" We will continue to work with Liz to support him in managing and understanding his anxiety as he grows. I’m so grateful we were introduced to her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liz to anyone considering alternative healing.

Fantastic experience: I did an amazing fire cupping and dry cupping course with Liz. She has an amazing ability to convey her information in a way that is immediately accessible to a person regardless of whether they have training in Eastern Medicine. Fantastic experience: I recently attended Liz's Cupping & Fire Cupping Workshop. It was fantastic! The information shared was great and really useful. It was a mixture of Theory & practical so it gave me a lot of opportunity to practice what we learned. I left that weekend feeling way more confident in my ability to provide cupping to clients and it has broadened my knowledge on cupping, when to use, how to use it, its benefits and different treatment styles. Fantastic experience: OMG. I was with Liz earlier today and I just had to put what I was feeling into words. I was diagnosed with Cuboid Syndrome in my left foot yesterday. I happened to call Liz at a good time. She knew I was in pain and although she doesn't work on Friday afternoons she fitted me in. It was amazing had acupuncture to help clear blockages and it really helped to curb my appetite. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Liz for fertility by two separate people, I had previously had accupuncture weekly for months and months but when I visit Liz, it was a completely different experience. She is a wealth of knowledge, an expert in acupuncture, and I felt confident that I would get pregnant as she took care of all my issues preventing it. I went between Liz and Martina, Martina is a wealth of knowledge regarding endometriosis, another factor to my fertility. I took all the Chinese herbs recommended as did my husband and 4 months later we finally convieved after 2.5 years, with two miscarriages before that time, I was put on certain chinese herbs to help 'sticky foetus' and so far we are 23 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. I still see Liz every 3 weeks now and she helps me with all my pregnancy discomforts, I really feel she's like a Therapist to, you could tell her anything and she has a heart of gold, I always feel a million times better after my visits, I'm so grateful to Alternative Healing Centre, and if you are reading this and have infertility, this is your sign to go, be patient of the process and believe!

Fantastic experience: What Liz is creating in her healing centre is nothing short of miraculous. I went to her 5 years ago while struggling to conceive. She told me I’d be pregnant in 6 sessions and I was pregnant in 5! I’ve stayed with Liz ever since because of how she keeps my body in balance- when I’m run down- I go to Liz. Fantastic experience: I've been to Liz four or five times in the past two months, she was recommended to me by a healthcare professional. Liz did a really thorough assessment on our first session, and straight away it was very clear to see how much she cares and is determined to get issues sorted with her work, not to mention her knowledge and passion. Fantastic experience: I've tried different types of holistic therapies previously but acupuncture was never something I had considered until a friend told/made me see Liz (she arranged my first appointment). I started going to Liz about 4 months ago, I was filled with stress, anxiety, over-thinking, zero sense of calm, unable to get up in the morning. Liz is very intuitive, she asks all the right questions, she works her magic, she is just wonderful. Could not recommend more highly!

I’ve been to other acupuncturists before, but Liz is the most qualified and compassionate you’ll find. She knows SO MUCH about fertility and its difficult, heartbreaking journey. Fantastic experience: I’m not your typical acupuncture person. I don’t love getting needles stuck into me but Liz’s approach puts me at ease. Liz and her team of therapists at AHC have helped me rebound from stress at work, while Liz’s recommendation to visit her colleague Alona has helped my little 9 month old to fight his Eczema. Liz tailors each visit depending on your current ‘state’ rather than a rinse and repeat approach per visit. I couldn’t recommend Liz highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I love alternative healing , iv been to acupuncture before to numerous different therapists before I found alternative healing. Liz and the team go above and beyond. I learned so much about my own body and pressure points from my sessions, and learned more knowledge about my fertility journey around supplements and food then I ever knew, r from my IVF clinic. I truly believe that it is down to all the guidance and changes I made on the advice of the team helped my IVF egg retrieval rounds to get better each time, finally getting my embryos to transfer. Liz wealth of experience and passion filtered through the whole weekend. She is a great teacher in every sense, supporting and encouraging you all the way. Reiki is a very gentle yet powerful energetic work and Liz presence made it accessible and enjoyable. I highly recommend Reiki training to anyone interested in learning how to deal with stress and anxiety better and I cannot recommend Liz enough for her fab teaching!
