Fantastic experience: I started the trial week this week. I received my items on time, and the driver was nice. Now when it comes to the food I was surprised that it actually tasted amazing! I'm only 3 days in and I've already started a new subscription for the 4 following weeks.

Positive experience: Their meals are great. They are balanced in terms of nutrition and extremely nice. Their subscription is great value for money. I switched over to their pick up option and that is very convenient and nice (as opposed to their delivery services, that is provided by a third party "Grab same day" and is quite bad)

Fantastic experience: I started with Gourmet Fuel at the start of September and have renewed my 12 week subscription. I’m so happy with everything. I get my lunches and dinners delivered every Sunday. Portion sizes and taste is amazing. There hasn’t been a meal I disliked. It really kickstarted a much healthier lifestyle for me and in conjunction with regular gym sessions I have lost close to 3 stone in the 3.5 months. Can’t wait for the new year.

Really tasty food, very easy to order, GREAT customer service if you have any questions or issues, and SUNDAY DELIVERY - it's so, so handy. The food is full of flavour, really healthy and there's also a great variety of choice. Saves the hassle of cooking + cleaning when you want to make the most of your free time. Their dish portfolio is constantly expanding and you can also get a Sunday delivery nationwide. We will definitely keep going with our subscription orders, glad to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Absolute game changer of a service ,I’ve never enjoyed eating so much and dieting at the same time it’s a major win:win. Very good service, nice staff, high quality genuine gourmet meals (very surprised at how good the food is!), very easy to use the website it’s all just absolutely ideal they run their business to perfection I cannot fault a single thing really has been a positive move in my life and is the perfect fuel for my training , I can hit my protein target easily and also was very easy to filter out foods I avoid for digestive reasons. Absolute 10/10 service, better than any other meal prep or similar service I’ve experienced.

Fantastic experience: I was on the lookout for a healthy meal prep service that actually has attractive meals full of protein! I'm 4 weeks in and loving trying out the wide range of meals. I've noticed a great increase in overall energy and mood compared to my previous diet! Highly recommend you try the Egg White Omlette , the Caesar Salad and the Chicken Fajita Burrito Bowl !

Negative experience: A bit like airplane food, for me the flavour is exceptionally bland. That is of course just my palette and personal opinion, but don't expect much curry with your rice ya know. 1 start because it's edible, 2 because of the decent packaging and cooler bag.

Fantastic experience: I have used Gourmet Fuel for a few weeks and I'm really impressed. It is great value for money. I'm a coeliac and thankfully they have a very good selection. I have mostly ordered dinners and my absolute favourite is their Indian Chicken . I have ordered some breakfasts this week and am looking forward to trying them .Delivery is very prompt . Everything is packed in a cooler bag. Every dish is packed fresh just ready to pop into your fridge or freezer. Customer service is absolutely amazing . Niamh is an absolute dream to deal with. I will definitely continue to use Gourmet Fuel for the rest of my recovery

Fantastic experience: I started ordering from gourmet fuel a few months ago for my dad as he has high cholesterol, and I have to say I am blown away with their service. They were very responsive with the couple of queries I had about their food. The food is delicious and healthy, so we will definitely be sticking with them.

Negative experience: I ordered from Gourmet fuel as it looked nice. I will be honest, I was quite disappointed by the food. I paid €70 for meals to go to waste as the chicken was really hard in all meals I got and then the meals were tasteless. They didn’t taste good at all. They all went to waste sadly.. Was really disappointed as it was my first time ordering from this place and was expecting to be great food.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Gourmet Fuel. I signed up seven weeks before Christmas hoping to drop half a stone, and lost over one stone (15lbs in total). Absolutely delighted. Positive experience: It’s a great service, good taste, food feels fresh, packaging is apt, has proper instructions on storage and consumption. The only problem I had was the portions are small, so really the items ordered for lunch are just a little more than breakfast, probably because they want to keep the calories in check. But that turned out to be not as filling for me. Otherwise it’s great, feels so good you don’t have to cook anything and still have a healthy meal. Gnocchi is a must try!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! These meals are perfect. When life is so busy often feeding ourself becomes the least priority. It shouldn't be like that! I decided to try meals for one week and this made my life a little easier so I decided to continue with the subscription and said my good-byes to dinner toasts :) Gourmet fuel have so many options, vegan, vegetarian, halal, meals can be altered based on personal preferences. Highly recommended to people who has busy life, doesn't like to cook or both!

Fantastic experience: I just finished a week with Gourmet Fuel and would highly recommend. There are so many different options whether your vegan or don't like a particular food (for me it's mushrooms) there is so much choice. There is also a lot of different options for ordering whether it be just lunch and dinner or snacks or set a certain amount of calories per day. The food is delicious, high protein, takes 4 minutes in the microwave and all the packaging is recyclable! They are also really dedicated to their customers and hearing what they have to say having called me after a week to see how it went. I have and will recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I was fed up with the lunch offerings near my work and found it very difficult to find tasty and healthy food on the go. The Gourmet Fuel meals are delivered to work and taste great with just basic ingredients and no preservatives etc. Works out less than €8.00 per meal which is comparable to a decent sandwich/salad/burrito etc. It's like healthy comfort food!

Fantastic experience: Great variety of healthy food that cater for different food preferences (e.g. carnivore, vegetarian, high protein, low carb etc.). Each pack of food has nutritional and macros information which makes it for everyone to track their daily food intake. I get my weekly delivery on Sundays which is perfect for my schedule and it comes nicely packed in a protective bag with ice packs. I would recommend GourmetFuel to anyone looking to get rid of the hassle of food shopping+preparation+cooking, but continue eating healthy and nutritious food.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, just what we need as a busy couple before the wedding! Quality is great, always very fresh. Salads at 500kcal quite small, so for lunches we opted for a more substantial choices like Taco Fries etc. delivery always very prompt and ordering is very easy! Definitely recommend. It's pricey, but for ease and to keep us on track it is absolutely perfect!

Fantastic experience: Just getting towards the end of my first week using Gourmet Fuel, a great solution for those who don't have much time on their hands for cooking/prepping meals. The meals are well prepared and easy to store. They have clear instructions and nutritional data, so far I've also found them all to have accurate listings on MyFitnessPal (not sure if this is down to the company or previous customers) which means calorie counting them is a doddle. There is a lot of choice, the meals I've had so far have been delicious and definitely beat the boring chicken and rice options I'd tried elsewhere previously. I am not a vegetarian but do enjoy some meat-free meals and there are some good options for that too. Customer service has also been excellent - I received a call today towards the end of my first week to check all was ok (Thumbs up for being proactive instead of waiting to see if people re-order or leave a poor review). I also used the live chat to ask a couple of questions before diving into a slightly longer subscription and got quick useful answers from Karen.

Fantastic experience: I got one week's worth of Gourmet Fuel food delivered to me. I was starting back to work after maternity leave and these meals were a Godsend! I asked for a mix of lunches and dinnners, and the variety was amazing. The food was so so tasty - delicious flavours, great fresh ingredients, obviously homemade. Everything was packed for use in oven or microwave. The sleeve/label for each pack was super: every meal was labelled clearly with 500 or 600 calories. The nutrition information was excellent: really broken down to the units. I'll definitely order from you again!

Fantastic experience: I am on the three month 1,100 calorie plan, 6 days a week and am absolutely loving the ease that Gourmet Fuel gives me. I no longer have to stress about what to eat or when to make it and the meals are delicious. It has really transformed my life for the better, and forces me to take better care of my health. Their customer service is excellent too (and available 24/7 it seems!) Keep up the great work guys - you are blowing it out of the water and are miles ahead of the closest competition. Fantastic experience: During lockdown I returned to full time work from part time days. I found a huge change in my eating habits and gained the dreaded 'Covid Stone'. I needed clean, healthy meals prepped in advance for me to stop me eating rubbish. I had tried other companies before but there was very little variety so was delighted when I discovered Gourmet Fuel and the extensive menu they had on offer. I initially went with the 6 day plan on a certain amount of calories based on my age, weight, height and average exercise. Within 5 days i had lost 1 pound. I've just ordered my 3rd week of food and i'm not as bloated as I used to be and I don't look as tired as I used to. My skin has also improved! Looking forward to see what the next 3 weeks bring!!

Fantastic experience: I genuinely recommend Gourmet Fuel. After having a baby I found I didn't have the time to cook healthy meals, never mind all the shopping and tidy up. With GourmetFuel I can pick and choose what I want to eat for a week and have it delivered to the door. Fantastic experience: Hello, I am super new to Gourmet fuel experience , this is my first trial week and even though it looks im reviewing too soon,i believe the 5 stars are so deserved, if i could i will give more! The main 3 reasons that i really recommend Gourmet Fuel are: 1) Awesome customer service, since i ordered my first week, i received a welcoming email, all full details of my order including the daily macros and vitamins and minerals of each meal! Also there's a free and optional phone consultation from one of their nutrionists, Niamh will ring me tomorrow and she was very nice on her email, i been working in retails over 15 years and i believe that the main priority is to offer an excellent customer care! I can already perceive that Gourmet Fuel Team really do care for their customers! 2) I was concerned regarding all the plastic and waste would be produced by delivering so many meals but i am so pleased to know reading all their detailed emails that Gourmet Fuel uses 100% PET plastic for their meals containers so they are fully recyclable! The company i work for, believes too in produce garments only from reusable and recyclable sources! So been sustainable in all i do became a part of my daily commitment to contribute to save our planet! I am so happy to see that Gourmet Fuel chooses to cook delicious and healthy meals with sustainability in mind, also great idea to wash their containers and give them back with their super coolbag so they make recycling even safer and easier for us! 3) I am not a very technological person at all, i barely use Internet and mainly for homeschooling, work or keep in touch with my family but i have to compliment their website! It is really well presented, so easy and fun to navigate, plenty of information and very clear for customers of all ages to use it! I love that you give so many options and choices with the menus purchases and most of all you offer different types of diet requirements! I was skeptical and worried that,as a single parent working part-time i could never afford this type of service but honestly i can see already that i spent this week almost less than the usual amount i spend in my local supermarket, so if you are like me not into cooking,don't like it or don't have the time for as too busy in work,family,studies...honestly give Gourmet Fuel a go! It's actually a real long-term investment in your health, physical, emotionally and mentally. My dad always says to me: " There are mainly 2 things you should never budget down...good quality shoes and good quality food!" now getting older and being a parent i could not agree more...when it comes to our health every cent spent is so worthed! I am looking forward to purchase a 4 weeks 6 days lunches&dinners subscription, great value when you buy a subscription and as a vegetarian for 20 years and a pescatarian since 7 years, i can still find so many nutrious,healthy dishes,always big variety offered and choice! Fantastic experience: I'm 3 weeks in have lost 11 lbs. The first 3 days I felt a but hungry but just ate some fruit. Now I'm full up. Food quality is very high, salads very fresh and crispy. I only get lunch and dinner as I like my cereal and need to eat it at work due to job type. As a retired chef, I'm very pleased with the variety, freshness, taste and high quality. Keep up the great work. Suggestions would be to allow website to have "usuals" (supervalu allow this on their delivery website) or repurchase all of last weeks list. Bags can be given back to delivery person, unsure about defrosted icepacks? I only go to the local shop now for milk, cereal and toilet roll - so no big shopping needed. When u work out the time spent prep, cooking, heating water, washing pots dishwasher and gas/esb it works out at a very good value.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my finance just completed the 12 week subscription. We are both very happy with our results, the quality and variety of foods from this programme. We wanted to loose weight which we were finding difficult during Covid-19 lockdowns. The weekly meals made this so easy we could swap in and out foods which we found we preferred. There was enough variation to not get bored and to look forward to our favorites. This really help with portion control so now that we are finished this is something that we can take from it and also make a stab at trying to cook some of the meals for ourselves. Seemed expensive at the start but definitely value for money for what you get.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one for reviews usually but felt Gourmet Fuel definitely deserved one. Such an excellent service and delicious meals I'll definitely order again. The Coconut Protein balls, Chicken Korma and the Vegetable Lasagna in particular are standout! Even delivery was just so smooth and packaged so well. This service was part of my health insurance package so I've had two orders after having babies and it just keeps getting better, just made life so much easier. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Hassle free, healthy and tasty what more could.you want!

Fantastic experience: I sent Gourmet Fuel meals to my daughter, a university student who hasn't quite mastered cooking yet, and she loves them. I love the fact that she is getting delicious well balanced meals without having to shop, cook and clean pots and pans. Customer service is fantastic.
