The 90-minute session was filled with love and self-care, and I felt so nurtured throughout the entire treatment. Barbara has clearly spent years perfecting her craft, and it truly shows in the amazing experience she provides. The facial included not only traditional skincare techniques, but also massage and sound healing, creating a truly unique and transformative experience. The tranquil space she creates is so beautiful and peaceful, I immediately felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. After the facial, Barbara treated me to some homemade keto, sugar free treats, as well as herbal tea and a smoothie, adding an extra special touch to an already amazing experience. It truly felt like a 5-star treatment from start to finish, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I cannot recommend Barbara's facials enough. Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled to write this review because it’s difficult to find the words to accurately describe what a magical experience any treatment with Barbara is. Her space is the definition of zen and you will leave feeling rejuvenated, at peace and completely recharged. Barbara is a wonderful healer who is able to acutely tap into your energy and physical needs and work to improve your health and well-being holistically through her work. Beyond this, she is kind and patient and takes the time to really get to know her clients so that she can best serve them. I consistently went to Barbara for weekly reflexology when living in Dun Laoghaire (along with additional sessions of massage, reiki, facials) while going through a stressful time in my life and cannot recommend her enough. When my mom came to town, she also went for a visit and still talks about how wonderful Barbara is to this day. While this sounds a bit dramatic, honestly leaving Ireland for me was made more difficult knowing that I would be leaving Barbara too and her wonderful, grounding treatments. I’m currently back visiting two years later for a week in Dublin and the first thing I did was book in a few reflexology sessions. Again, words really cannot encapsulate the healing Barbara has brought into my life, but I can only urge you to try ZenVita Wellness if you haven’t already so that you can experience the beautiful light that Barbara has to share.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place. The room was clean and welcoming. I had the Organic Bio Balance Facial, which was amazing. The day before, I had really bad hay fever, so the heat and ice element of the facial was incredibly soothing. After the facial, my skin was glowing, and the puffiness around my eyes had reduced. Barbara was so lovely and is very passionate about her work. She also provides freshly brewed herbal tea, a smoothie, and a healthy treat to enjoy after the treatment, which I thought was a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: My reflexology experience with Barbara was absolutely fantastic. She provides a safe, cosy place to relax and unwind and chat openly about your reasons for booking in. She gave some very helpful tips that I’ll absolutely be following up and can’t wait to visit again. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've had a few sessions of Reflexology with Barbara and it has been hugely impactful on my stress and anxiety levels. Fantastic experience: What a relaxing and enjoyable experience with real results achieved. Set in a lovely location, Barbara puts you at ease the second you walk into her studio and during reflexology you completely melt. She helped to reduce my swollen ankles, increased relaxation and helped with nausea. By the time you leave your appointment you're instinctively booking the next.

Fantastic experience: Barbara is very professional. The treatments are very relaxing both reflexology and reiki. Some unexpected results after reiki treatment, hip pain going away after each session. I really don't understand but it works. The place is very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. In my opinion Barbara emits a great energy and the experience is always a bliss. Fantastic experience: I went to Barbara back in March 2019 for Reflexology. I had never even heard of Reflexology before. My husband booked it as a treat for me. When I went to Zenvita I receive a warm welcome from Barbara. We had a chat and she explained the treatment to me. When the treatment was finished I was completely relaxed and felt amazing. Barbara left out a cup of tea and a slice of bananna bread at the end of the treatment which I thought was a lovely added treat. I had suffered with fertility for many years and could not conceive. 3 weeks after getting the Reflexology done with Barbara I fell pregnant. I'm so delighted that I went for the treatment and I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone. She really is amazing at what she does and I am looking forward to going back to Zenvita Wellness Spa again

Fantastic experience: I went to see Barbara at Zen Vita for an hour of reflexology followed by a 30 minute head massage last Friday afternoon. I was quite tense after a busy week running round and this was the very best place to be. I had no idea that reflexology could be so relaxing to the point that I felt like I was floating! The room is so warm and cozy with zen music and a beautiful scent. Thinking that the head massage could not have been as good I was surprised with how lovely it was. Vigorous but not rough, just enough to ease any remaining tension lingering in the upper body. Barbara is a keen student always looking to improve the experience for her clients and this comes across in the care and attention that she shows when you visit. I cannot wait for my next appointment and cannot recommend her highly enough.Thank so so much Barbara I feel very lucky to have you in my neighbourhood.

My skin looks amazing so soft no lines all plumped up. My sinus have been blocked for months now there completely clear. The room is so cosy so zen like beautiful bergamot aroma, really warm bed.
